Le nouveau forum romain. Utique est un site archéologique localisé à l'emplacement d'une ancienne cité portuaire fondée par les Phéniciens dans l'Antiquité. Il est situé au nord de l'actuelle Tunisie à une trentaine de kilomètres au nord-ouest de Carthage. La ville aurait été fondée en 1101 avt JC en tant que comptoir commercial phénicien. Elle est réputée comme l'une des plus anciennes villes de la Méditerranée occidentale.
