The photographs are classified in the form of categories and subcategories presenting the various aspects, cities and topics of Tunisia. The welcome page includes/understands several access modes to the images, either starting from the categories, labels and links, or in random access with the unrolling menus. Moreover one search engine is present on the whole of the pages of the site.

Consultation of the images

After having selected the categories and subcategories you will end to selected page of labels photographs corresponding to the whole of the photographs of the categories. Each line comprises to the maximum 4 photographs and the whole of the photographs can be distributed on several pages. The number of photographs corresponding to the category is indicated in top on the right page. You can display jusuq' with an unlimited number of photographs per page. For that to enter the number of photographs desired by page the box "images by page" below the labels. Each photo label has of its reference and a box to transfer the image in the viewer. To reach the enlarging of the image, its description and its tariff, it is enough to click on the corresponding photo label or its reference.

Informations of the images

Once arrived at the page of the selected photograph you will be able to consult the image with its maximum size, to download it by simple copy-sticking for your needs for model or presentation, or dispatching it by mall via the link "to send by mall", to store it in your viewer via the check box on the left "viewer". The page includes/understands also the whole of the information of the photograph, reference, description, author, copyright... etc and finally a last part will allow you, via the computer of price, to fix the price of use of the image according to your needs and to add it to your basket.

My account

This section allows you, once recorded, to carry out commands of photographs and to consult your histories of command with follow-up of the state of the command. Your inscription also enables you to receive our newsletters monthly with the presentation of reports, the new images and the various evolutions of the site.

Acquisition of photographs

Once your image selected and your established estimate, click on adding to the basket, enter the codes of your account or create your account, then to confirm your command. Les frais sont calculés en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment le support, la taille, l'emplacement, le nombre d'exemplaires tirés et la durée de l'utilisation.

Sélectionnez une utilisation précise
Une fois que vous avez sélectionné la catégorie d'utilisation, vous devez "sélectionner une utilisation précise" dans la liste déroulante de sélections associées à cette catégorie d'utilisation.

Tirage, diffusion ou total circulation x insertions
Vous devez indiquer le nombre total de copies qui sera imprimé. Si l'image doit paraître dans un journal ou un magazine, ce nombre doit correspondre à la diffusion d'une édition de ce périodique, multipliée par le nombre d'éditions où elle apparaîtra. Si vous souhaitez acquérir des droits pour l'utilisation de publicités imprimées dans des publications multiples, ajoutez le produit de la valeur de diffusion de chaque emplacement multiplié par le nombre d'insertions. Par exemple, pour une publicité paraissant deux fois dans une publication avec une diffusion de 75 000 et trois fois dans une publication avec une diffusion de 20 000, la valeur "Total circulation x insertions" est de 210 000 [(2 x 75 000) + (3 x 20 000) = 210 000].

Quelle est la durée d'utilisation de l'image ?
Dans le menu déroulant, sélectionnez la durée d'utilisation de la cession de droits. La durée spécifie pendant combien de temps les reproductions sous licence d'une image seront diffusées. Par exemple, pour un un magazine mensuel sélectionner un mois pour une campagne d'affichage de 15 jours sélectionner deux semaines.

Quelle est la date de début d'utilisation de l'image ?
Cette section vous permet de définir la date de début d'utilisation de votre image. Si vous ne connaissez pas la date de début exacte, veuillez faire une estimation approximative, tout en étant aussi précis que possible. Nous pourrons ainsi vous fournir une offre de prix ajustée pour les images considérées et, si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez modifier la date de début ultérieurement.

Prix
Une fois sélectionnés, les détails du projet pour les images de droits gérés dont vous souhaitez calculer le prix, le calculateur de prix générera une offre par simple clic sur le bouton "calculer le prix".

Pour sélectionner le prix et passer au règlement vous devez cliquer sur le bouton "Ajouter au panier".

Une page récapitulatif de votre précommande s'affiche et votre commande est alors immédiatement enregistré dans votre panier.

Vous pourrez modifier ces informations ou éliminer les images de votre panier à tout instant.

Exclusivité des droits et prix de l'image

L'exclusivité vous permet d'empêcher ou de limiter l'accès d'autres utilisateurs aux images que vous sélectionnez pendant la durée de validité de votre cession de droits. Les cessions de droits DG n'incluent pas l'exclusivité de façon automatique ; cette prérogative doit faire l'objet d'un achat par l'intermédiaire de notre service en faisant une demande spécifique par mail ou par le formulaire de contact. Il existe différents niveaux d'exclusivité en fonction de vos besoins.

Pour utiliser une image pour plusieurs types de supports nous vous invitons à prendre contact avec notre service commercial par mail ou par le formulaire de contact.

Commander

Pour procéder à un achat, vous devez vous trouver sur la page "Mon panier".

Commencez par confirmer la validité de la somme à payer en vérifiant la section "Sous-total".

Si toutes les informations sont correctes, cliquez sur le bouton "Valider ma commande".

La page suivante va vous demander de vous identifier, si cela n'a pas encore été fait, vous devrez alors entrer votre nom d'utilisateur et votre mot de passe si vous disposez d'un compte ou de créer un compte en cliquant sur "Cliquez ici pour créer votre compte" et suivre les étapes de création de compte, revenez ensuite sur votre panier par le lien "Mon Panier" situé en haut à droite de la page.

La page suivante "Informations sur votre commande" résume l'ensemble de vos commandes et vous pouvez les consulter et imprimer votre Bon de Commande/Facture en cliquant sur l'icone de l'imprimante située à droite de la ligne correspondant à votre commande.

Une fois votre commande confirmée, nos services prendront contact avec vous pour vous transmettre dans les meilleurs délais le ou les fichiers photo haute définition ainsi que la facture définitive et les coordonnées bancaires pour le paiement.

Code promotionnel

Un champ "code promotionnel" figure au bas de la page "Mon panier d'achats" qui s'affiche lorsque vous désirez passer une commande.

Vous devez entrer ce code une fois que les articles sélectionnés sont dans votre panier d'achats. Entrez le code promotionnel, et ensuite sur "Continuer la commande".
